It is very important to get up every day with enough energy to be able to face the working day with enthusiasm and perform perfectly at work. On many occasions, a bad and poor diet is the main cause of productivity at work being below what it really should be. If you want to have enough energy to perform optimally throughout your working day , take note of the following foods that you should include in your daily diet .

The best foods to increase productivity at work

Cereals.  There is nothing better than starting the day with a good bowl of cereal with milk or yogurt. They are rich in carbohydrates so they are ideal for providing energy to the body. In addition to this, they are rich in vitamins, minerals and proteins. A good option is to have a small cereal bar mid-morning to help you recharge your batteries.  

Fruit. Apart from being one of the foods that cannot be missing from any self-respecting healthy and balanced diet , fruit is perfect for mid-morning as it gives you energy and helps you stay satiated for hours.

Vegetables. Vegetables provide numerous nutrients to your body so they are perfect for optimal performance at work. Do not forget to include vegetables in your daily diet and complement it with other foods.

Fish.  Within fish, blue is the healthiest for your body, so you should include salmon, tuna or sardines in your diet. They are rich in protein, low in calories and contain healthy fats such as omega 3. With fish your productivity at work will be ideal. 

Nuts. Nuts provide energy and a large number of vitamins that help keep the body and mind fully active. A good option is to take a handful of them mid-morning.
